Online registration is required for all the media representatives who want to participate in this event.

FIRST REGISTRATION

If you have not registered yet, please click on the tab New Registration in the menu above.

Journalists, photographers, video operators, etc. are asked to fill in the form with the required information and data, then upload a scanned copy of each of the following documents (JPEG, PDF or PNG formats, max 2MB each):

• a valid passport or Id card - mandatory
• a letter on company letterhead confirming the assignment - mandatory (freelancers must provide a letter on letterhead from the commissioning outlet)
• photo (JPEG or PNG max 2MB) not mandatory but recommended to speed up the collection of your accreditation
• press card - optional

It’s mandatory to register a personal email address.

ALREADY REGISTERED TO THIS EVENT

If you are already registered, click on the tab "Login (access/edit data)" in the menu above and enter your credentials to:

• modify or complete your registration
• check the status of your accreditation

MEDIA REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 15 OCTOBER 2026 at 23:59 (CEST)

New registrations will not be accepted after this date. It will still be possible to complete previously submitted registrations by clicking on the Login Access/Edit Data tab.
Approvals may still be granted after the deadline.
